This is a little different. I used my iPhone 5 inside a Lifeproof Life Jacket hung around my neck. Need to experiment some more but this was my initial attempt at first person angling. For kayak fishing the device would be excellent for protection of iPhone so if it did go over the side it would just float. Of course the Lifeproof case itself is excellent for protection in the water allowing underwater pictures and video. The Emmrod is a Packrod model sporting a four coil tip. The reel a Shimano Citica loaded with the new Trilene XL mono.
